Dealing with sanitation issues is capital intensive and requires dedication and commitment. The MOU with the European Union will see us get some refuse containers and vehicles to deal with the filth. our sister cities in Germany have also promised to help get some vehicles for the same purpose.
He cautioned the public but the assembly is Putin in place measures to deal with the recalcitrant residents who engage in open defecation and indiscriminate littering to put an end to.
I am advising residents who engage in open defecation and indiscriminate littering to stop, the assembly is preparing to come after them. There will be no place to hide, individuals caught would pay huge fines to serve as deterrent to others and we will make sure of that. I am committed to making the Metro a clean City.
