A newly constructed healthcare facility was officially commissioned at Yilonayili in the Sagnarigu Municipality, marking a significant milestone in the community’s healthcare development. The project was spearheaded by the Member of Parliament for the area, Hon. Attah Issah.

The commissioning ceremony, held on Wednesday, was attended by local leaders and residents who gathered to witness the grand opening of the health center. The facility is expected to reduce the burden of long-distance travel for medical services and improve healthcare delivery within the community.

During the event, Hon. Attah Issah emphasized the importance of the new healthcare center, describing it as a vital addition to the community’s infrastructure. He highlighted that this is the fourth facility he has commissioned since becoming the parliamentary candidate and later the Member of Parliament.

He also announced that more health facilities are expected to be completed this year, including projects in Gnarun, Sognaayili, and Dimala.

Residents expressed their joy and gratitude for the development, promising to make good use of the new health center and to promote its services within the community. They appreciated the MP’s efforts to bring such development to Yilonayili and pledged their support.

The commissioning of the Yilonayili healthcare center underscores the MP’s commitment to community development and enhancing access to quality healthcare, ultimately contributing to better health outcomes for residents.
